About

I'm a mum of five boys, poet and portrait photographer in Tasmania, Australia. I write about the rawness of motherhood, experiencing grief and pregnancy loss, mental health and raising boys in their tweens and teens. Recently discovering the term 'matrescence' has been life changing for me as I process my own transformation into motherhood and express this through editorial portraits and poems.

I live in a beachside town in Southeast Tasmania with my husband, five boys and kelpie. I also love reading, my flower garden and solo coffee dates.
